Engine is in "as new" overall condition, covered with warranty and ready for thousands of hours to go...
Brand new standard size liners were installed, pistons were checked carefully and found in excellent condition, therefore, only brand new Yanmar genuine standard size piston rings were installed
Following brand new genuine Yanmar parts were installed (last photos):
standard main and conrod bearings on crankshaft (which was found "as new" after checking of wear limits and general condition),
all internal Anodes, some valves, some valve guides, all gaskets,
oil seals,
filters, bearings, belts, injector valve nozzles, water pump kit including shaft and impeller, water & oil pipes, thermostat, all engine mounts, flywheel fan, SS dash panel with RPM meter, all new wiring harness.
Some break in hours on low/mid Revs would be very welcome and required to ensure longevity of this unit.
