Engine is in "as new" overall condition, covered with warranty and ready for thousands of hours to go...
Solid thick liners (standard size of 88mm) allowed to rebore them to oversize of 90mm
which will supply an extra +HP because of bigger combustion cameras
Following brand new genuine Yanmar parts were installed (last photo):
standard size of 90mm (ZTR20A) pistons with rings,
standard main and conrod bearings on crankshaft (which was found "as new" after checking of wear limits),
3 exhaust and 1 intake valves, all internal Anodes, some valve guides, all gaskets,
oil seals,
filters, bearings, belts, injector valve nozzles, water pump kit including shaft and impeller, water & oil pipes, thermostat, all engine mounts, clutch disc/damper, SS belt cover, SS dash panel with RPM meter, all new wiring harness.
Unit is filled in with antifreeze to avoid any internal corrosion.
Some break in hours on low/mid Revs would be very welcome and required to ensure longevity of this unit.
