Unusual 1:2 f=50 mm Voigtländer Ultron for afterwar Carl Zeiss Contax IIa / IIIa

Here, we have an unusual afterwar 1:2 f=50 mm Voigtländer Ultron adapted for Carl Zeiss Contax IIa and IIIa. Serial number is 4 201 084. The lens is a beauty! Lens barrel is clean, chrome is glossy, coating is perfect, no scratches are found. No fungus nor internal haze is seen, see also photo 6. Aperture goes smooth. Focusing appears to go to infinity.
Mounting onto a postwar Contax IIa and IIa goes smooth, on a prewar Contax II or III, mounting goes hard, reason unknown.
The mint Contax IIIa in photo 7 and 8 is not for sale, but a convincing offer may change my mind.
