Condition is Used. !!!!After disconnecting it sometimes needs a few restarts (plug in-out), otherwise it shows the hours in the wrong sequence.!!!! Works. All 2 tubes work ok. There are micro switches on the back to set the clock. The lamps on the edge reference to the hours and the nixue tubes show the minutes, the center lamps indicate the seconds.
