We are happy to arrange shipping for you,. When using us to arrange your shipping your item(s). It is important to note that your items are shipped FOB Origin. Meaning, the buyer takes ownership as soon as we load it on the truck AND we are not responsible for lost packages or damages caused by the carrier. REUZEit is not liable for damages that may occur during transit but we will work with you to file an insurance claim.

Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen for you at our discretion. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. Overnight shipping is available until 12pm Central Europe Time in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends.
Freight
For larger and sensitive items that we have designated for freight shipment, please contact us for a shipping quote before you pay on-line. Items over 30kg will likely ship on a pallet or crate, Freight shipments will require a quote before you can make payment. Please contact us with:

Failure to provide this information could result in extra fees assessed by the carrier and we may bill you for the difference.
Damage Shipments
If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email or call us immediately with your order number and item description, along with the images and we'll begin the claim process for you. We help manage you claim at no additional cost.
Free Pick up
Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. We do not charge an extra fee if you want to pick you item up or arrange your own shipping.
Special Packaging
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We use top quality packaging materials and equipment. We build custom skids for oversized items shipped domestically and if an item requires a crate, we partner with a local crate builder to supply with ISO certified heat-treated wood crate. We do not charge a palletizing or packaging fee, but if your item requires a custom-built skid or crate, we will invoice you for the added costs.
International shipping
International orders will need to contact us and ask for a shipping quote. All International customers are responsible for their country's duties & taxes. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing.
We do offer international freight shipments. Simply contact us for a freight shipment quote according to the regular freight shipment instructions.
International Shipping Restrictions
In order to be eligible for standard international shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least €150. In order to be eligible for international freight shipments, items must have a final sale price of €1,500.
We do not offer international shipping to countries restricted by law.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the shipping costs.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us first so we can rectify the situation immediately. You do not need to open a case on ebay or leave negative feedback, your complete satisfaction is more than enough motivation for us to do whatever it takes to make things right!

All our products carry a 30-Day Warranty, unless specifically stated otherwise. If the product does not work you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of our ship date. Customer is responsible for return shipping and item's safe arrival at our facility.
If you receive a non-functional product, please contact us to hold a replacement or return the item with your order number. All items must be returned in exact condition received, including any accessories & packaging when applicable.
