We will arrange unit collection with you as soon as we receive your order. A courier will pick up the package with your damaged equipment directly from the head office of your company.

devices that have:
irreperable mechanical damage to pcb
apparent repair attempts by other services
defective parts for which it is impossible to obtain replacements
Evaluation time is counted from the
moment we receive the device.
If we are
unable
to repair the unit, we will offer
an alternative solution
to the problem.
Before repair we make a
backup copy of software/parameters
. We do not recover software/parameters already lost as a result of defects or damage.
Devices must be sent with a
fault description attached
– lack of a fault description may cause delays in repair.
Our company carries out all repairs in Wroclaw.
