    Shipping
    We ship daily from Monday to Friday at 3PM GMT excluding Dutch holidays on which we are closed. We can guarantee same day shipping if we receive a cleared payment by 12PM GMT.
    Our carrier cutoff time takes place at 3PM GMT from Monday to Friday. Orders cleared after 3PM GMT will be processed the next day. If you place your order after 12PM GMT and need same day shipping, please let us know! We will do our best to get your shipment out in time.
    All packages are shipped by UPS. Shipments within the EU are sent with UPS Standard service and by Express Saver service outside the EU if the package is less than 20 kg.
    If you?re within the EU and want to receive the package the next day, please let us know. We can use the Express Saver Service for a higher shipping fee to ensure your package arrives earlier.
    Please let us know if you have multiple orders and want to combine the shipping.
    We only ship to the address that you select during your eBay checkout, so please make sure to select the correct address.
    If you want an item shipped to an address that is not on your eBay account please mention this in the PayPal purchase (not applicable when you use a VAT number).
    UPS tracking numbers are sent to the email address on your PayPal account.
    Please understand carrier delays do happen. We will stand by our responsibility to ship your package in a timely manner but in the rare instance that your package is delayed or lost, we cannot be held responsible for system down-time.
    We do not export to Russia and India.
    Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination. Please determine these fees prior to purchase as they may be charged by your local authority.
    Returns
    We only accept returns if the item is not functioning properly, unless the listing specifies otherwise.
    The warranty period for all items is 30 days. We reject return requests with an expired warranty period.
    For return requests it is required to fill in our RMA form in its entirety. We cannot approve requests with incomplete or invalid information. Please mention the reason for return and if you want a replacement or refund.

    Once approved we will cover shipping fees and send the UPS airway label to you. Please make sure to schedule a pickup with UPS so we will receive the package within 7 days after approval. If not, we have the right to refuse the return.
    We do record serial numbers for verification purposes of all returns. We report falsified returns.
