Serial numbers:
All relevant serial numbers are logged in a database, we also use warranty stickers where appropriate. These stickers are designed to break if removed or tampered with. We will not accept items for replacement with stickers that have been broken or tampered with. To avoid any possible confusion, we suggest you take a picture of the security stickers on the item prior to return and forward this via email.
Defective Products Guarantee:
The purchased item sold by us carry a 30 Days warranty from us. Defective parts are subject to either replacement if another product is in stock or a full refund and must be reported within the 30 day warranty period.
