Glass Bottom Pewter Tankard Beer Mug Trophy Manila Boat Club Philippines 1951
Pewter mug with a capacity of about 1 pint, about 13.5 cm (5.3 inches) high, diameter at the bottom about 9,5 cm (3.75 inches).
The tankard was presumably given out as a trophy for a rowing tournament of the "Manila Boat Club" in 1951.
It bears the inscription: "
Manila Boat Club, Autumn 1950, Mess Pairs"
On the rim of the bottom the jug has the maker's mark "Swatow Weng Lee Co." on one side and "Made in China" on the other.
