Here is a
pair brown base Telefunken EL34
valves + one spare.
The
Telefunken EL34
valv
e with winged
heatsink
is legendary.
Produced in the period 1967-1972 in Germany. Most Telefunken El34 tubes were actually RFT tubes produced in the former East Germany. These are good but the real Telefunkens are superior.
Only a few thousands El34 of this superior design were ever produced.
I refer to the many reviews on the web.
A
nd they seem to last forever.
Note: my tubes are often not the cheapest.
But is
very hard to find better tubes !
Test method
Tested with:
AVO CT-160, Utracer3+, 2x Keithley 2700,
RFT stabilised mains, Philips PE 4832,
2x Korad KA3005P programmable power supply.
Ua (plate voltage) = 250 Volts
Us (Screen Voltage) = 250 Volts
Ug (grid voltage) = - 13,5 Volts
Before testing they were burned in for 48 hours.
