The EGR valve is basically a
throttle body driven by the
injection unit ( ECU ).
Over
time, it
can
generate an accumulation of soot from the
exhaust and fail, causing the
vehicle
to malfunction
and
even an engine failure.
The gases
reused through the valve
contain particles that contaminate
the engine oil, which can reduce
the life of the assembly;
Make
the engine run hotter,
less economical, and with greater
fuel consumption;
than
could
work without the valve
in action.
It is necessary to disconnect
this valve directly on the ECU,
apply the Delete EGR THS
Kit,
which neutralizes these harms,
and may prevent possible failure.
