Please retain and provide us with your return tracking information. Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will sent you a confirmation email your return has arrived and give you full details of refund. Refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please follow the instructions above in order to get your return order back to us. Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer; all returns need a RMA-number and will need to be returned to Corsa superbikes & parts. For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We strongly recommend using a shipping service which includes track&trace, insurance and proof of delivery for your return shipment. Be aware you are responsible for loss or damage during this (return-) shipment. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. We do not refund any shipping charges for orders / goods that are refused for delivery by you or at the customs. Rejected orders will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. International returns (from non EU countries) should be marked as a "Merchandise Return / Returned goods“ with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees.
