    An invoice without VAT is possible by mentioning your valid VAT number and company details within the PayPal purchase only.

    This German VAT registration form must be forwarded to us
    before shipping.
    In the event that we do not receive this copy VAT return will not take place.
    VAT will be returned via PayPal on a regular basis.
    Shipping
    We ship daily Monday to Friday at 3PM GMT excluding Dutch holidays on which we are closed. We can guarantee same day shipping if we receive a cleared payment by 12PM GMT.
    Cutoff for our carrier to pick up packages is from Monday to Friday at 3PM GMT, orders cleared after that will pass on to the next day. Please let us know if you ordered after 12PM GMT if you need same day shipping and we will do our best to get your shipment out.
    All shipments are sent with UPS. Shipments within the EU are sent with UPS Standard service and by Express Saver service outside the EU if the package is less than 20 kg.
    If you’re within the EU and want to receive the package the next day please let us know, we can do Express Saver service for a higher shipping fee.
    Please let us know if you have multiple orders and want to combine the shipping.
    We only ship to the address that you select at eBay checkout so please make sure to select the correct address.
    If you want an item shipped to an address that is not on your eBay account please mention this in the PayPal purchase. (not applicable when you use a VAT number)
    UPS tracking numbers are sent to the email address on your PayPal account.
    Please realize carrier delays do happen. We will stand by our responsibility to ship your package in a timely manner but in the rare instance that your package is delayed or lost, we cannot be responsible for system down-time.
    We do not export to Russia.
    Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination. Please determine these fees prior to purchase as they may be charged by your local authority.
    Returns
    We only accept returns if the item is not functioning properly, unless the listing specifies otherwise.
    Warranty period for all items is 30 days, we reject all requests with an expired warranty period.
    It is required for all return requests to fill in our RMA form in its entirety, we cannot approve request with incomplete or invalid information, also please mention the reason for return and if you want a replacement or refund.

    Once approved we will send a UPS airway bill on our account, please make sure to schedule a pickup with UPS so we receive the package within 7 days after the approval.
    If not, we have the right to refuse the return.
    We do record serial number for verification purposes of all returns.
    We do report al falsified returns.
