RETURNS POLICY:
Items must be returned within fourteen days of receipt. All goods must be returned in the condition they were sent out in, including any identification markings (all parts are discreetly marked before dispatch). Unwanted/incorrectly bought items are subject to a 20% restocking charge, this includes parts bought for a different model bike than what the item is listed for or purchasing an item by accident. Any alteration/modifications (which includes, but not limited to; misuse, painting, grinding, dismantling) is classed as acceptance under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and we are unable to accept returns on those items.
Shipping:
All provided shipping costs are for mainland only!! (In Spain Gran Canaria will not be a part of mainland). Islands and offshore zones will have different shipping costs. Please contact us prior of buying the item. We keep the right to cancel the order if it’s purchased without contacting us. All Engines and Frames (bulky/large items) are being sent via Freight Courier and will take 7-14 days to deliver to Mainland UK.
