BMW E30 E36 E46 REAR SHOCK TOWER REINFORCEMENTS (PAIR) STAINLESS STEEL
These rear shock tower reinforcements are
CNC
laser
cut
from stainless steel (
SS
) to prevent corrosion.
These reinforcements are "
MUST HAVE
" if you are using stiffer rear shocks than standard.
Stiffer shocks can cause damage around rear shock tower mounting holes which afterwards creates cracks which you can see in the second picture.
You can also see one of the two reinforcements installed on my car.
Tested for more
than two years with Billstein B8 shocks - no cracks!
