Up for auction is a nice antique (18th century) full size italian violin for professional musician or collector. The label says: "Dominicus Busani Fecit Anno 1753 Venetys". This is a superb sounding instrument, also very beautiful in appearance. Two pieces back measures 361 mm. The total length of the violin is 597 mm. Medium grained spruce top, golden amber varnish. This violin is in a good ready to play condition, with professionally repaired cracks, grafted scroll, bushed peg-holes, new ebony set up, new bridge and new strings. Beautiful model with a very elegant natural amber patina, very high quality of woods, perfect details all over. The sound is very rich, mellow, powerful and sweet. Suitable for soloist.
