Distillation Principle：
The first stage:
the temperature is below 78.3℃, the distilled aldehydes are harmful to the human body, separate separately.
The second stage:
the temperature is between 78.3℃-95℃, which is normal distilled wine.
The third stage:
the temperature is about 100°C, and the distilled product is mainly acetic acid. The bitter taste affects the taste, separate separately.
Note:
In the distillation, use high fire in the first stage, medium fire in the second stage, and high fire in the third stage.
