This is a self molded retainer that is FDA-cleared to reduce snoring by holding your lower jaw

The device has an upper and a lower piece that you can join together in three settings,
depending on your bite. After the pieces are connected, the device is boiled to soften the
material so that
you can mold it perfectly to your teeth in less than a minute. It’s that easy!
Custom Fit Instructions:
Boil water (about 70-80 degree C).
Turn of the heat and put mouthpieces in the hot water after attaching them in the desired
position for about 15 seconds.
Remove the mouthpiece from the water and shake off the excess water and insert the
mouthpiece into your mouth. Adjust the mouthpiece to a comfortable position and then bite
down - use your fingers to move the mouthpiece around the front and sides to make a good
mold of your teeth.
Remove from mouth once you feel that all your teeth have left good impressions.
Put the molded mouthpiece into cool water.
