Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Any noticeable damage caused by a courier should be refused on delivery therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt.For items may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage packaging and contents
