Unboxed, most probably not used, made by RWN (=RFT / GDR)
Description K1694:
1,5 Watts AF small signal triode, indirect heated (4,0 Volts, 1,0 Amps), preferably for industrial applications, such as repeater stages in early telephone networks. It is an improved version of the well known and widely spread Telefunken tube REN904 with the same 5-pin socket. It is also usable in audion- or preamplifier- or driver- or oscillator-stages in radios or audio amplifiers. The K1694 was originally developed by Telefunken and produced by Telefunken and AEG before and during WW2 times. After WW2 the K1694 was continued by the electronic tube industry in the former GDR (gathered in the state combine RFT) and was made particularly in the RFT factory RWN Neuhaus. Condition:
Unboxed, therefore to be rated as "used", but in fact most probably NOT used, in good condition without visible mechanical or electrical defects. The emission tests showed very good results:

According to the data of the point of operation given at ***) :
U_plate= 200 Volts, U_g1= -3,5 V, U_h = 4,0 VDC;  I_plate_100% = 6,0 mA , gm_100%_= 2,4 mA/V
Tube #1:  I_plate = 8,35 mA (= 139%), gm = 3,1 mA/V
Tube #2:  I_plate = 7,03 mA (= 117%), gm = 2,95 mA/V
